1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of AIvunera, a platform for the automated creation of EU AI Act compliance document drafts, operated by NeuraTech AG, Schürmattstrasse 4b, 6331 Hünenberg, Switzerland (“we”, “us” or “NeuraTech”). By accessing or using our services, including our website at aivunera.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of services

2.1. AIvunera provides work services in the form of automated creation of document drafts for EU AI Act compliance. The subject of the service is the creation and provision of the respective document draft as a digital file. In addition, AIvunera offers a free screening tool for risk classification of AI systems.

2.2. The generated documents are AI-generated drafts that serve as a working basis for review by qualified lawyers. They constitute neither legal advice nor finished compliance documentation.

2.3. The contract for the creation of a document draft is concluded upon completion of the ordering process and successful payment processing. Acceptance of the work occurs through the download of the generated document.

3. Important notice – No legal advice

AIvunera does not provide legal services within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act (RDG). The platform is a technical tool for the automated creation of document drafts that serve as a working basis for review by qualified lawyers.

Our services do NOT constitute legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is established through the use of our platform.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of any risk classification or generated document. AI system classifications are based on automated analysis and may not reflect the final regulatory assessment for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for your own compliance decisions and should consult qualified lawyers for a binding assessment.

4. One-time document purchases and pricing

4.1. AIvunera offers one-time document creation services at the following net prices: single document €149, complete bundle (3 documents) €299. All prices are net prices. NeuraTech AG is domiciled in Switzerland and does not charge VAT. For businesses within the EU, the reverse charge mechanism applies pursuant to Art. 196 of the EU VAT Directive (2006/112/EC); the tax liability transfers to the recipient of the service.

4.2. Payment processing is handled by the payment service provider Stripe. No user account is required for the purchase.

4.3. Ordering process and error correction: The order is placed via a multi-step wizard. The customer can review and correct their inputs at each step using the “Back” buttons before placing the binding order by clicking the “Zahlungspflichtig bestellen” (Place binding order) button. The contract language is German. The contract text is not stored; the customer receives a confirmation by email.

4.4. After successful payment, the ordered document is automatically generated and made available for download. The customer is responsible for backing up the downloaded file.

4.6. The documents are AI-generated drafts that serve as a working basis for review by qualified lawyers. They constitute neither legal advice nor finished compliance documentation.
